Terms of Service

2.1 Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account on your own. If you are under 13, an account may only be created with the verified consent of a parent or guardian, obtained through the confirmation process described in our Privacy Policy. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2.2 Users under 18

If you are under 18, you represent that you have the awareness and permission of a parent or guardian to use the Service. As set out in our Privacy Policy, payment for the Service by or on behalf of a minor constitutes implicit parental awareness of and agreement to these Terms.

2.3 Accuracy of information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your account information current.

2.4 Account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at admin@noutaki.com.

3.1 What Nouta KI provides

Nouta KI is an AI-powered personalised tutoring platform. It provides adaptive one-on-one learning sessions in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and other subjects. The platform is designed to remember your learning history, adapt to your learning style, and guide you toward mastery at your own pace, in line with the Nouta Philosophy.

3.2 Availability

We aim to make the Service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

3.3 Nature of the Service

Nouta KI is an educational support tool. It is designed to complement your learning, not to replace formal education, qualified teachers, or professional academic advisors.

3.4 Languages

The Service is currently available in 29 languages. We continue to expand language support over time.

3.5 Supported subjects

The platform is currently optimised for Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, with additional subjects available.

4.1 Creating an account

To access the full Service, you must create an account by providing truthful and accurate information.

4.2 One account per user

Each user may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted without prior written authorisation.

4.3 Account termination by you

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at admin@noutaki.com. Any remaining unused hours are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4.4 Account suspension or termination by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to the platform.

5.1 Pricing

Tutoring hours must be purchased in advance. Prices are displayed at noutaki.com/pricing.

5.2 Purchasing hours

Tutoring hours are purchased in advance and credited to your account. Your remaining hour balance is visible at any time within your dashboard.

5.3 Billing

Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider.

5.4 Free trial

Every new user is entitled to one free trial session. This gives you a complete experience of the platform and the Nouta Philosophy before committing.

5.5 Refund policy

All purchases of tutoring hours are final and non-refundable. By purchasing, you confirm you have experienced the free trial and accept these Terms in full.

5.6 Technical faults

If a technical fault on our side prevents a session from being delivered, contact us within 7 days. We will review and restore hours where confirmed.

5.7 Expiry of hours

Purchased hours are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

5.8 Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your purchase under the laws of your country of residence.

6.1 Permitted use

You may use Nouta KI solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

6.2 Prohibited conduct

You agree not to:

• • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or extract any part of the platform or its AI models
• • Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service or purchased hours
• • Share account credentials with another person
• • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person
• • Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content
• • Gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform infrastructure
• • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts without permission
• • Claim multiple free trials by creating multiple accounts

6.3 Content you provide

You grant Nouta KI a limited licence to use interaction content solely to deliver and improve the Service. We do not claim ownership.

7.1 Our content

All platform content, methodology, AI models, lessons, design, branding, is the intellectual property of Nouta KI.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7.3 Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us freely and without compensation.
